PSeInt is the abbreviation of Pseudo Interpreter, a programming edition tool designed for students who want to understand the logic of programming even not knowing anything about it.
The program uses pseudocode, a programming language whose main mission is to let the programmer focus on logic aspects of programming, leaving apart the technical side for a while.

very good
It is an excellent application for learning to program. I say this because I am a programmer, and it's undeniable that PSeInt is very good...
Once the essence of the matter is understood, the knowledge can then be extrapolated to the various characteristics of different programming languages. Very good.
It would be practical if it works on both Android and iOS. This would make it more portable for programmers and students.
